The drawing and document viewers are free — markup, measuring, as many projects as you like, files and folders, the company directory, the iOS app, and everyone you invite: subs, architects, owners, inspectors. SiteWorks Core is $199 a month per workspace and adds planning, RFIs, submittals, takeoff and project email. The first 100 workspaces to subscribe pay $99 a month instead, for as long as that subscription runs.

If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. Everything stays readable and exportable; what the subscription covered just can't be edited until you subscribe again.

The AI features are the only metered thing, in the free viewers too. They run on paid models, are paid for from prepaid credit at twice what the model costs us, and every request's cost is shown to you in the app. Anyone can buy credit, on a free account too.
