Text messages
SiteWorks is construction project management software, operated by SkyJett Studios LLC. Besides email, SiteWorks can send text messages from its own number to people who ask for them.
What we text
- Invitations and notices about construction projects you are part of — for example, that you were added to a job.
- Sign-in codes you ask for on the sign-in page.
We never send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
When you join a project from an invitation, the page that creates your account (or accepts the invitation, if you already have one) offers an optional cell number and a box you tick yourself. It starts unticked and you can join without it. This is exactly what it shows:
Only the person who owns the number ticks this box. Nobody else — not the person who sent the invitation, and not SiteWorks — can opt a number in. We keep the date and the exact words shown with every opt-in.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your projects. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping, and help
Reply STOP to any SiteWorks text to stop all of them; you will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email support@siteworks.app.
Your number
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, or your consent to receive texts, with any third party for marketing. See the Privacy page and the Terms.
